BHU UET and PET cut-offs include opening and closing ranks between which admission to a program for a category is provided. BHU carried out BHU UET Counselling within a month of declaring the results for allotting seats to the nominated students. The counselling of BHU UET is completely based on the merit list prepared using the entrance examination scores. BHU accepts CUET UG for undergraduate and CUET PG scores for PG programs.

BHU UET Eligibility standards
The eligibility standards for appearing for BHU UET 2022 entrance are as mentioned: students who are looking in the Last Year of the Qualifying Test can apply for the Test. BHU Reservation
The Banaras Hindu University delivers reservations for the subsequent categories: 15% & 7.5% seats are reserved for Scheduled Cast/Scheduled Tribe students in each program respectively, and 27% Reservations to students belonging to the OBC category (excluding under creamy layer) will be provided in different programs, 3% seats shall be reserved for Physically Challenged students: Visually Impaired (1%)+ Hearing Impaired (1%) + Orthopedically Handicapped (1%) 15% of seats out of the whole number of seats in M.P.Ed. are allocated for female students.

BHU Scholarships
All the blind candidates shall be enabled to get Free Lunch and Dinner under “Annadaan Yojna” of Shri Vishwanath Temple and also an amount of INR 5000/- per year per head as financial assistance to a maximum of 20 blind candidates will be provided. An amount of INR 2000/- per year shall be granted as Financial Assistance to the candidates who are having a poor family background, subject to a maximum of 100 candidates.
A one-time grant of INR 4000/- per candidate shall be provided to the Physically Handicapped candidates for their entire program tenure, subject to a maximum of 25 candidates. 20 blind candidates shall be entitled to get Free Lunch and Dinner and also a sum of Rs.5000 per year under “Annadaan Yojana”. A maximum of Rs.5000 might be delivered as Financial Assistance for organizing Seminars/Workshops, at the Faculty/Institute level, which must be beneficial to the candidates, subject to a maximum of 10 Seminars/Symposia/Workshops per year.
