WHAT IS CIVIL ENGINEERING (CE)?
Civil engineers are responsible for the basic needs and facilities of the society which improve systems and processes that allow humans and nature to coexist with minimal impact. Modern society cannot function without them. We need civil engineers to design and plan to execute the task as well as build the higher-capacity transportation systems. We need to construct the large commercial and industrial complexes. Effective utilization & functioning which relates to public resource is an important part of CE work responsibility.
Civil Engg Colleges in India
In modern times, civil engineers are responsible for not only construction planning & execution but also maintaining the public infrastructure including roads, rails, bridges, buildings, sewage pipes, houses etc. Each and every mentioned specialization has subdivided the roles such as consultants & contractors.
Consultants have the most important role to play in the planning phase of the task given to them. They help in finalizing the designs, planning & making the plan of action before the project is started.
A contractor is the one who are on the construction site. Contractors have a role of keeping an eye on the construction or closely observe them & ensure that whether the tasks are completed on time or not.
However, it doesn’t matter how challenging the environment may be, creativity, problem-solving ability & as well as teamwork are some of the key attributes for growth in CE role.

Diploma in civil engineering (CE)
We are fascinated by diverse giant structures we observe every day, the gigantic ship docks, large buildings, and several more. While a designer may only generate an aesthetical design of a building, it is the employment of a Civil Engineer (CE) and their group of assistants to pass that design to life. Being a junior, you would be required to visualize the designs, carry out feasibility studies, examine the site and advise alteration in the design.
The road to a proposal transforming into realism will pass all the way through you. Once the design is prepared, you would also be required in organizing the assignment, ensuring that it goes as we have planned. While it may appear that you are the only required in the expansion phase of a assignment, it is not at all true. You would also be required to investigate broadly about new innovative ways and as well concerned in the maintenance of assignment, once accomplished.
As India look to enhance infrastructure to provide the finest possible standard of living to everybody, jobs in this segment are getting bigger and will stay in demand. The career options in this segment are never-ending.
